I'll be honest I suck at math. Im sure there is a formula for this but I cant figure it out. If I ran 3.67 miles in 42 mins how can I calculate my min/mile rate and my pace (i.e 4mph, 5mph, etc)? Im running outside, so I dont have the tracking of a treadmill to go by.
TIA!
TIA!
