Favorite Protein Shake???
Im looking for a good tasting protein shake that is lower in calories, packed full of nutrients, high in protein, low in carbs, and has some fiber in it... So, is there anything like that out there??? What kind of protein shakes does everyone use?

Sugar??? What is a good daily amount
Every day I seem to go over in my sugar catagory. I log everything I eat and I know you are not supposed to count fruit sugars but what is everyones daily goal? MFP has set mine to 28 g and I am finding it impossible to stay within those limits.

I recently got a HRM and today I did a 25 minute bike ride at about 12mph. My HRM said I only burned 145 calories and run keeper said it was 182 calories burned.
