  • Ahh...ok, Does that change the flavor at all? What about any other healthy things to add to a protein shake like for a breakfast shake? To add to either a vanilla or chocolate shake. I sometimes add some fruit but the carbs and sugar is to much sometimes.

  • Run keeper is an app that I use that tracks my runs, walks, bike rides, any activity really and puts it on a map so I can see the route that I took. I have an Oregon scientific with a chest strap. It just seems like it was low but I will go with the lower number. I asked for a nicer HRM for my birthday!!!
