What specific thing is hard for you on the journey right now? What would make it better? For me right now its staying at the same weight no matter how many or few calories I consume. Gosh if I could just lose.2 by the end of this week I could be motivated to keep going.
I havent noticed a scale change for a bit. But all my pants are loose. Yay me!

I just lost it and ate too many extra calories from extreme stress, This rarely happens to me and I am hating how it feels. pretty much in a fight with today, that's all!
