arghhh just totally lost it

I just lost it and ate too many extra calories from extreme stress, This rarely happens to me and I am hating how it feels. pretty much in a fight with today, that's all!

  • dont stress..often when i do great on a diet and lose weight then i have that night where you just went nuts on the calories..in the morning after you do your bathroom thing you probably weigh less..just dont make it a daily routine and you should be just fine

    Remember 1 day is not going to make or break your diet. Find a relaxing spot and calm your mind. Listen to some music, the wind out side, or the ocean or what ever works to refocus yourself. Come back tomorrow and remember that nothing can get done unless you take care of you first. Make your self come first and then walk back into the world. :)
