Running Success Story with Pic
I picked up running last year when I decided to get healthy. I mainly chose running because it's something I never dreamed I could concur. I knew it would be a challenge, on my first run I couldn't run longer then 90 seconds without needing to stop. When I ran my first 5k I felt on top of the world, and knew I was hooked.…

1 year, goal weight, and addicted to running! Pic
Eat better...move more!! It's not rocket science people, it boils down to knowledge and willpower. Learn as much as you can about TDEE/BMR and Macro nutrients. Find something you love to do, then do it all the time!! Lastly dig deep for a little willpower to stay away from the food that you already know is crap for you!…

Looking for Quiche
I've got a hankering for Quiche lately and wondering if anyone has a good "healthy-ier" recipe or good store bought one (Canada so mainly Sobeys, Superstore, or WalMart). I'm also hoping I can use it as a way to get my fussy toddler to eat spinach. Thanks

Article about me!!
I was approached by a writer for Canadian Running Magazine to be the subject for his runners profile. Never did I dream I was worthy but I think it turned out pretty good :) Really hoping to inspire just one person with my story. http://runningmagazine.ca/out-running-anxiety/

6mths and I've lost...my toddler! Pic
Six months in and I've lost the equivalent to what my toddler weighs. Still have 15lbs to go but I'm comfortable with my body now and enjoying the experience. Little bit about me and my journey; 1. 5'3 32yrs old mother to a 19mth old 2. I learned to love running (I've ran 3 5k races and 1 10k) 3. You can't out exercise a…

In need of guidance on a tough situation
Hello ladies, last week I posted a topic in Success Stories about my success thus far. In doing so I received over 30 friend requests, great...the more the merrier I say. But one of the young ladies that I accepted the request from has been troubling me. She makes very frequent statuses about being suicidal, fat, cutting…

90 days made a world of difference *pics*
Today marks 90 days for me. It may only be 20lbs in difference but my body has completely changed. Bring on the next 90!! Feel free to friend request or ask questions. Also finished a 10k this month, with my hubby and son by my side. 90 days ago I couldn't run for longer then a minute without having to stop.

A true NSV (30DS)
I'm only 30 days into this new life of mine and was very discouraged yesterday to get on the scale and see I've only lost 2lbs!! I hoe-hummed and had my own pity party all day. Then I compared my beginning picture and current picture. I can notice a HUGE difference. I'm kicking myself for not taking measurements when I…

Struggling Newbie begging for help
I realize there are a lot of post each day of people asking for help so I will try to make this as short and to the point as possible. I'm one month in (15 days on MFP) and have only lost 2lbs. I'm NOT expecting a miracle but I'm worried I'm not on the right path. I've read every thread about calories and numbers. MFP has…

Anyone that wears a fitbit know....
Wondering if anyone knows exactly how many calories you burn during 30DS. Obviously I know it will vary from person to person and each day but I'd like to have a ball park figure to use for tracking exercise. I'm currently on level 3.

When do you stop eating??
Sorry if this has been asked a million times but i'm new :) At what point in the evening do you cut off eating. I've always enjoyed late evening snacks and find it hard to curb the 9pm itch. Thanks!
