Weight immediately after lap band?
How did I come home from the hospital weighing 10 lbs more? How much does this lap band weigh? I am down 4 lbs now but seriously? I really expected to be the same weight at least!

So - how are we all doing? Still drinking?
I really enjoy drinking. Give me a beer over a soda anyday. It is my number 1 downfall when losing weight. What makes it harder, is I'm under stress to find a job before I'm laid off. So what have been some tricks you all have found to help? Other than - go for a walk. hee hee
