Aussie Girls around 5'7
Any Aussie girls out there around 5'7 who want to lose weight? I'm looking for a bit of support, I have 10+ kg to lose. I do my best to eat as well as possbly, although i do have treats. I want to clean my diet up a bit more though and be more consistent with exercise. i eat 1200-1500 cal a day :) add me!

Having a high protein diet without losing fibre?
Hi all! I want to up my protein and drop my carbs a bit, but i'm worried about losing fibre. I'm not cutting carbs completely, I will have oatmeal and all bran for breakfast, with the occAaional small meal of wholemeal pasta everyweek 1-2 weeks as well as brown rice (no white carbs!) Has anyone gone from eating less calories to more calories?
Has anyone gone from eating less calories to more calories and still lost weight? Im eating 1200 currently but i'm not losing(im actually gaining :( ) Its been suggested I eat more (~1500) but im scared i'll gain weight. I workout 4-6x a week, burning between 400-550 calories. What have u guys experienced?
