Anyone who is a full time caregiver trying to lose weight?
I am a full time caregiver to a parent which can make keeping a consistent workout regimen/ diet really stressful. Also interferes with gym time. Looking for others in this situation, Maybe we can share what works or what we can do on days the gym is not an option? Add me!
