I just started running and I LOVE it. I usually do weights THEN go to cardio. I noticed after running my ABS and Butt muscles are really sore. Much more sore than if I only did weights. I think maybe it just helps build up a solid core.

I do a evening snack with some seltzer water or a big glass of ice water. If you crave sweetness crystal light would work. Also, something high in fiber might make you feel fuller. ALSO-clothes shopping is weird. I always over guessed my size and felt like I was not looking at my body in the mirror. I would always go for flowy tops instead of fitted because it was ingrained in my head that I couldn't wear a fitted shirt. Or even my face, It was odd looking at seeing cheekbones. Okay, thank you. I am not trying to sound stupid but I don't completely understand how to use MFP. I'll have to ask a friend who uses it because I have a hard time understanding things unless I see/ do it myself. I am just using the weight machines, one day ill use all the arms then the next day legs and so on. I usually do rotate between the bikes elliptical and cross trainer machines afterwards. Ill use the weight loss program on the machine on level 10. Or on hill or interval. I think some days i am not eating back the calories…
