After C25K, how to increase speed.
I am currently on week 7 of the C25K plan (my app has it lasting 8 weeks.) I am doing my training on a treadmill for now, until the weather warms up a bit, and I am running really slow at 5.0 mph (12 minute miles.) Once I finish the program, I want to work on my speed. C25k week 5 failed
I just did week 5 day 3 of the c25k workout, and it didn't work out so well. I got through the first 10 minutes and then had to take a walk break for 2 minutes. I did pick back up the running for the rest of the time. Should I repeat all of week 5, or just day 3 until I can do it? Also, any tips for finishing it? I'm doing…

I have a question about total calories and protein?
I am 18, 5'5", and weigh 123 pounds. I would like to lose about 5-10 pounds (my target weight is 113, so I think that's good) According to myfitnesspal, I should be eating 1290 calories a day, with my protein at 48 grams.
