Mouth Issues after a 70.3?
Hi Tri Peeps! I just finished my first 70.3 this past weekend (Beach2Battleship)! It went great; beautiful day, great course and ended up placing 4th in Athena (went 5 deep in that category!!). However, I am left with this pain in the back top part of my mouth that is keeping me from enjoying any post-race foods…
