Night Sweats?
For the past week and a half, I started waking up in the middle of the night DRENCHED in sweat. Last night, my body just felt like it was on fire and I could not sleep! I am not sure if this is the start of something new for me. Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this?

Under desk elliptical
Is anyone using an under desk cycle or elliptical? I am looking at getting the Cubii while at work (I am extremely sedentary at work). I am debating whether it is worth the extra $100 to get the one that uses an app to sync to Fitbit. If you have one, how do you track your "excercise" or calorie burn? Thanks in advance!
