Anyone out there follow a keto diet? Looking for some recipes. My breakfast consists of a 3 egg omelet cooked in coconut oil. That give me no carbs but high fat and medium protein. Looking for more meals/recipes that follow this guideline. Thanks!
Anyone else out there doing the MCT Ketogenics Diet? I have been on it for about 2 months, but following it strictly for about 2 weeks. I get MCT from the B Vitamins, Coconut Oil, and butter but the rest is Keto based. Mostly chicken, salmon, eggs, bacon, cheese, and plenty of vegetables. What are you eating?
