First losing, now gaining weight.
I started a month ago and lost 6lbs but now I gained 4lbs and I don't know why. At first I thought it might be muscles, or the scale, but my waist, hip and thighs got bigger again. I do at least 60 minutes of cardio a day and don't eat more than 1300-1400 calories a day. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
