30-day Ab challenge - DONE!
Yay! Had you told me a month ago that I'd be doing a 2-minute plank by the end of August, I would've laughed. But here we are and I did it (shakily, but it is done)! Now to relax and enjoy a great Labor Day weekend! Here's to all you hard-working people with new Abs of Steel!! Cheers! :drinker:

Day 29 - uh, half done! I still need to do the leg raises and plank. I will do them, I promise! I'm not going to get down to the last two days and then not finish! :laugh:

Hi all you ab-solutely ab-challengers! I finished Day 26 last night. Almost forgot to finish, as I did the situps and crunches in the morning but was running out of time before work, so saved the leg raises and plank for later. Almost forgot I still had them to do!!! For Day 27 I'll have to do them tonight...

Hello all! Should've worn shorts on my lunchtime walk today! Lots of clouds floating around, but still really warm out there. Zumba this morning + my walk = 72 minutes! And HOPEFULLY I'll spend some time in the garden this evening after work!

23 minutes of Zumba this morning (XBOX version), then a nice 45 minute walk on my lunch hour - 66 minutes in! The meadowlarks were warbling to me on my walk - when they weren't drowned out by the killdeer scolding my dog.

strength training - favorites?
I need to add some strength training! If you only had time to do 3 exercises, what would they be (excluding core work)? I'm excluding core work because I already consider it a priority - on that note, what are your favorite core excercises? My usual cardio includes walking most days, Zumba class on 2 days, and xbox Kinect…
