Day 15 - done! And Yay for half-way there! Spitting the sit-ups, but only into 2 sets. Those 2 sets keep getting bigger, but I hope to keep it to just 2. Doing all the others in one shot, but whew! it's getting tough!

My Day 9 DONE as well! I don't know as the sit ups are getting easier. Maybe a little. But YES the leg raises are harder! And the plank, too!

Day 7 Done! I've been doing the situps with my arms stretched forward next to my thighs. Thought I'd try putting them behind my head. AUGH. Did 10 that way then put them forward again for the next 10. Rested a minute and did it again. Hopefully I'll be able to do more and more with my hands on my head as the month goes on.…

Day 6 done! I'm not going to post my 'before' pictures until I can show progress with some 'after' pictures! Great that you are already having results!

I'm done as well! On day 2 my tailbone was complaining about day 1. I switched to doing the sit-ups in the living room where there is a thicker carpet. Hopefully that will help. The length of the plank is getting noticeable now! Feel free to add me as a friend if you want!

Day 2 DONE! The first day I did the sit-ups with feet under the edge of the couch, but was worried that it was cheating. So then later in the day I did them without the foot bracing. Definitely harder to do. But I'm determined to do it that way, even if I have to break it up into sets. Hopefully by the end of the month…
