Shed and Shred calories burned??? Help!!
I am pretty good at estimating calories burned while running, but I also do Jillian's Extreme Shed and Shred and I always have a hard time figuring out how many calories I burn. I'm 5'4" and 146 lb. Walking while pushing stroller...how do I log this???
I walk briskly pushing my 25 lb daughter in the jog stroller. Under cardio, I can choose either walking briskly or walking pushing stroller.
