Cardio during Phase 1
I have been doing weights since October 1 but have decided to do the 12 week program. I did do week one last week. The question I have is, that it states no cardio during phase 1. I do cardio everyday 12 min. before workout and 12 min after. I also spin 3-4 times a week. For those that have done the 12 week program do you…
