I had them both out and sinus surgery at the age of 24. I did lose 10lbs and was an out patient. Just had liquids and then started with soft food.

Just started Phase one this morning, looking for to seeing the results. Not eating the food guide as I was eating mostly clean before I started this.

Just purchased the Polar FT4, can't wait to try it out. Had the FT1 but it doesn't register calories.

I'm also late joining this group. I am 49 years old, mother of 2, grandmother of 1. I plan to start the 12 week workout on Monday Feb. 6. Looking forward to toning this body. :)

Got one for Christmas also from the hubby, he uses it everyday to make tea on the way to work. I love Chai Latte!!!!!! Nice having options for when people come over, between coffees and teas.

At the spin class I go to we all wear heart monitors including the instructors. Based on following her cadence and PRE we usually burn at least 600 calories in one hour.

I don't have this DVD. How long is it as I go to the gym 5xweek and spin 3-4xweek. Would like to do this but worried that I won't be able to find the time.
