Just curious. I've seen some diets assign cheat days where you are allowed to go crazy. Do you go crazy, eat anything and everything you want with no limits? or Do you set boundaries for yourself? What boundaries might those be? Edit: I'm asking what YOU do personally. I know what cheat days are or what they should be :)
