Going gluten free, and liking it!
Hi, my name is Tiffanie, and I've been gluten free for 12 days, by choice. I use many of the Bob's Red Mill gluten free products, and find they are pretty darn good! I thought this was really going to suck, but it's not that bad. I feel so-so much better, and am sort of amazed that getting rid of gluten could do so much.…

When to exercise?
I have a treadmill, and would like to know what the best time of day to get on it is, and for how long. I've tried getting on it in the morning, but can't last very long. I've gotten on it at night and seem to be able to go forever, but is doing it at night, after dinner the optimal time? Thanks

Hello all! Today was my first day tracking my food intake, and exercise, so this is all new to me. In 2008 i weighed 220 pounds, and i am 5' 5'' tall, so i felt horrible. I was on med's for cholesterol, med's for acid reflex, and was borderline diabetic. I started roller skating 3-4 times a week, and cut all white foods…
