1 month down & not many results!
Ok so I have been using MFP for just over 1 month now and I seem to have hit a plateau. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get over the hump! I am getting very frustrated with my results! Breakfast blues!
I am looking for some new ideas for breakfast. I try to stay under 300 cal. I find myself eating the same thing every week and starting to get burned out. I eat a lot of egg sandwiches and oatmeal. Anyone got something quick and easy?

Day 3 and going strong!
Ok I am on day three and feeling great! I absolutely love this program! I have found that it is easier for me to plan out my days meals the night before because my days are so hectic with 2 kids, working full time and going to school 2 nights a week. Help!
Ok so I started using myfitnesspal a couple of days ago and I love it, but I am having trouble eating the 1200 calories and staying under on protein. Any helpful hints? I find it hard to even eat the 1200 calories, but I am forcing myself to eat more even though I am affraid of gaining weight!
