Ok so I started using myfitnesspal a couple of days ago and I love it, but I am having trouble eating the 1200 calories and staying under on protein. Any helpful hints? I find it hard to even eat the 1200 calories, but I am forcing myself to eat more even though I am affraid of gaining weight!

It's ok to be over on protein. The standard setting on MFP is pretty low. You can change your amounts under goals. Protein helps you feel fulller longer, so it is a good thing!

Don't be afraid to eat you have to eat (healthy of course) to lose weight. Good luck and don't give up...

i went through the same thing and now my body is fighting back...i rejected the whole idea of "starvation mode" but trust me it's real and your body will let you know. i'm struggling through it now. trying to keep losing weight...trying not to binge eat...trying to get back on target using MFP correctly...

basically, i attack everyday trying =)

i agree with franzy...don't be afraid to eat...good foods that satisfy you...

    good luck!
