1000cal/day diet, daily work out, not losing...
So, tomorrow is the last day of week 4 that ive been doing the Jillian Michaels Body Rev workouts. Friday is my rest day. I eat about 1000 calories a day, and workout every morning -- except for my rest day. The first week, I lost 10lbs, the 2nd week 7. Last week & this week -- NOTHING. What the heck am I doing wrong???
