LMAO. i probably am full of s**t, but not literally :) and what are BMR calories? i stuck to this plan about 4 years ago and consistently dropped weight until i stopped working out.... so i figured it should work again.... the only thing was THEN i was taking an appetite suppressant prescribed by my doc. id like to do it…

Raw. when i did weight watchers, we were taught everything is based upon raw weight.

i think that depends on you. i would personally be jogging at that rate. taller people take longer strides, so they can walk faster before they have to jog. thats just my opinion tho.... GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!

i dont wear shoes when i do my workout videos either. when i do wear shoes, my feet hurt really badly afterward.

i go over my protein on most days. and actually the other day i went WAY over on protein and was just a tad over on calories and it said i would weigh WAAAAAAY less in 5 weeks eating that way.
