I had not logged any food today and yet my remaining calories decreased. My calorie goal is 1440. I worked in the yard this morning and burned 77 calories and my remaining calories showed 1363. How could that be if I have not logged food?
I use the Gazelle Edge Glider elliptical machine and apparently Fitbit counts that as steps and calculates the steps towards my calorie count.
