Hello, I'm wanting to loose weight by eating and drinking water, but i seem to eat wrong food. Does anybody know what to avoid eating and what is important to eat for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner? Also what to watch out for in ingredients? My metabolism is slow, so any tips for fasting it up?
