I'm new to mfp..and just joined this group. My husband and I were banded Oct 2008. We both lost about 80 pounds but have gained about half of that back. We are going through 'laband rehab' lol...getting back on track and using the tool we have.
I'm wondering how to log in my strength/weight training dvd I've been using. It's a 43 minute dvd with weights and lots of squats etc. I also do Leslie Sansone walking dvd's..don't see them on the exercise list. Can anyone help??
