Hello all I'm looking for easy breakfast ideas. I microwaved some egg beaters with canadian bacon which turned out pretty decent but stunk up the office :blushing: . I'm usually in a hurry in the morning so I need some quick meals. Thank you!
Hello all. I'm new to MFP. I started weight watchers January 2012 at 244 lbs. I now weigh 216.2 I still have a long way to go! I would love some positive support. I am still getting used to this site. I've seen a few before and after pics that were inspiring! So thank you. :happy:
