Hello all. I'm new to MFP. I started weight watchers January 2012 at 244 lbs. I now weigh 216.2 I still have a long way to go! I would love some positive support. I am still getting used to this site. I've seen a few before and after pics that were inspiring! So thank you. :happy:

Hi, happy to help out on the support front. I only joined MFP about a week ago myself around the same weight as you. I've been using the diet chef meals (surprisingly tasty!) and more regular exercise and have already started to see some really positive results in a short space of time.
Still, I know I have a mountain to climb to reach my desired goal and it would be great to have some support in the forums.

I just stopped WW and switched over to MFP! It's just as useful, has the barcode scanner, and you're not spending the 40 bucks a month Welcome and good luck!!0
