In the zone/heart rate
Help please! I'm trying to figure out what in the zone actually means and where I should be number wise. I have a hr monitor and while working out tonight it says my average hr was 139 and maximum was 179. My hr monitor says I'm in the zone between 120 and 159. Confused about logging my exercise!!
Ok, so when counting your exercise calories do I need to log everything? Like when I do cardio and strength training, is it ok just to put my cardio calories in? And if I do log all the calories for both do I still have to hit all my net calories that day? Any advice would be helpful!! Thx :) :)
