Ideal Intake
Hi Folks! I was wondering if anyone knew what idea intakes would be for cholestrol, sodium, and sugars. I am trying to stick with a 1200 calorie diet (with excerise) but want to make sure those three things are in the healthy range. So far with protein, fat, and carbs I'm doing good :)

Six Small Meals
Hey everyone! I haven't lost any weight last I saw but I am wanting to start to eat six small meals a day. Right now I eat if I'm hungry but usually by the time I get to it I'm starving and over eat. Does anyone have an meal plans or know of websites that can give me a sample? Thanks!
