Hitting Specific Areas

So I am starting to notice more toning now with my work outs but I have two areas that I'm not just not seeing as much progress in. My first problem area is my saddlebags, they are still huge! My second problem area is my lower abdomen/love handles (I've had a baby and much of my stomach fat resides there). What types of work-outs will trim up these areas? TIA!

There is no such thing as "spot reducing" based of your own body, the fat will come off in different areas and speeds. Just stay consistent with the workouts and nutrition and your body will get there!0

My diet and portions have definitely changed this past summer. But I just am seeing a change in other areas (especially my back and arms) just not so much in the two areas I have mentioned.0

Genetics plays a large role as well, and in most cases the last area for fat to be burned off is the midsection.0
