this is my first time ever doing one of her workouts and damn this one kicked my butt. but i love the way i feel afterwards. how is everyone else feeling?

i found the power 90 on craigslist so i picked it up. there is no workout schedule with it. does anyone know where i can find one? i tried the beachbody website and couldn't find anything?

i bought artichokes the other day because they were on a crazy good sale. after i got them home, i realized i have no idea what to do with them. what do you guys make with artichokes?

kickbox and burn
has anyone ever done this video before? how did you long it? did you enjoy it? I just got it at the library and i did it today. it was very different from the kickboxing i do at the gym.
