I looking into getting one of these products or something similar. They are roughly the same price but on the FitBit website they really don't give a lot of info on how it works. I've been keeping track of everything for about 3 weeks now. I've lost 5 pounds (my weight fluctuates between 153 and 155) But I've seem to have already hit a plateau. 30 day shred and hrm?
on mfp i was told to log the 30 day shred as circuit training-general. so i did. but i also used my heart rate monitor to see what it says. mfp says 251 calories burned but my hrm says 445 calories burned. WHICH one is right?
