I bought the app on my iPod, not the book, and I'm confused because the reps say 36 (I'm on day 1) for 7.5 minutes. I just let it run through briefly and then selected the "reps complete" button and then it said to do two reps which would be 74. And then it goes up from there with each "reps completed" selected. Confused ...
MFP says I should eat 1200 calories per day, but when I work out it adds back to calories remaining which makes sense since I burned them, but am I then allowed to eat the calories I burned? I almost feel stupid asking, but I feel like I'm eating too few calories if I eat 1200 calories and then burn 600 of them.

Runtastic App
I use Runtastic Pro on my iPod Touch 4 and for some reason it is doubling my workout time/calories/distance. For example: today I did a 30 minute walk/jog and when I uploaded the workout it doubled to 60 minutes. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to stop it from happening?
