Does anyone else feel like they have a cranky toddler living inside them?
My weight loss journey has been full of tantrums from my inner child! Today I'm frustrated that they changed the location of my work meeting and I might have to go out for lunch if I don't have access to a microwave/cutlery. Oh no the horror lol. What sort of tantrums does your inner child throw??

Net Calories Over/Under Weekly Goal
I've tried to make sense of this by reading other posts on the subject but I must be more math dense than I thought. Simplifying the matter: UNDER weekly goal means on the track to weight loss right? Whereas OVER means weight gain?

Logging the gym
I want to keep track of the days I go to the gym but don't want to put in any actual exercises. Like I don't want to log calories burned. Is there a way to do this? Maybe even a notes feature or something?

Logically I KNOW it isn't. But seeing that 136.6 on the scale 2 days ago really made me smile. Probably the lowest weight I've been in eight years! But seeing the 141.6 today after only going over my calories once this week AND joining a gym for the first time in my life hurts. It doesn't help that I skipped said gym today…

Just joined a gym 2 days ago. Went Monday and yesterday, today woke up feeling like a giant bruise so I skipped it. Feeling discouraged with myself, wondering if I shouldn't have skipped, how do you deal with soreness?

Measuring for one, cooking for two
How do you measure portions when you're cooking for more than just yourself? I'm so used to weighing out my pasta precooked and bam there's my portion! But now I'm living with someone and adding his portion to boil too. So how do I get my portion back? Remeasure? I would assume there's a difference in cooked vs uncooked…
