Bananas
Probably an obvious answer - but I keep going over my carbs and sugars macros - mainly from my fruit intake. Bananas have approx. 110 kcal (size dependant). Is there any way that I can reduce this? I know how good bananas are, but is there any truth to the riper it is the more sugar there is? Thanks folks.
