Now I've never been a coffee drinker. Just never started, but I've been reading more and more about how drinking coffee every day has its health benefits. What do you guys think of this and do you drink coffee every day?
Who here uses this? If I am trying to lose weight should I be using this? I do lift regularly to tone my body but from what i've been told this helps with the muscle growing process.
