Whey Protein

Who here uses this? If I am trying to lose weight should I be using this? I do lift regularly to tone my body but from what i've been told this helps with the muscle growing process.

    I would only use supplements if you are not getting enough protein through diet alone, or if you are getting enough then only taking the supplement on days you workout. I myself take Whey Protein, as I have a hard time hitting my protein goals if I don't.
