Tracking food
Just wondering... Does anyone else find that tracking food, and taking a lunch, and really everything associated with trying to be healthier. makes me think about eating all day long... I eat more now than ever....given the food has more nutritional value, but I feel obsessed.

I work at a hospital (Very Big hospital) and I have a kinds of foods to choose for lunch...however I need some ideas on healthy things to eat in the way of sandwiches or wraps? I am finding myself low in the protein area and iron...any help would be greatly appreciated.
