340 cals left .....just had dinner. suggestions?!
I find it so hard to eat all my calories!! In this case I have eaten too much sugar today but I still have protein, carbs and fat to eat. Ideas? Please :D

Should I eat back all my calories?
I have made it a habit now to workout at least once a day...is it ok to eat most of these back? Usually im under 1200 calories and I know thats bad just not sure about eating all my earnt calories back :/ Thanks in advance for any help or advice you could give me :)

Meal out tonight
Hey guys, don't know if many of you have a Wagamama's near you, its basically my fave japanese restaurant and just wondered if any of you guys rate it as 'healthy'... if it fits my macronutrients im totally fine with it tonight just a tad worried about my sodium haha :) thanks

Anyone doing Ripped in 30?
Just wondered if any of you guys are doing Jillian Michael's; Ripped in 30? I'm on week two and finding it really good, works me hard everytime! But feeling de-motivated at the moment and going running or on long walks now. Feel like I'm letting myself down by not doing the dvd as much!! Love to hear what you guys think :)
