I'm trying to lose weight I'm much more into weights than cardio. Should I do cardio to lose the weight or can I just focus on weights and light cardio?
Does anyone know the difference is between P90x and Power 90? I really want to start one of them because I see everyone's great results. I'm out of shape and my goal is to lose about 40 - 50 pounds over the long term. Who has tried Power 90 and what kind of results did you get? Did you do any other exercise (cardio, ect)…
