So the last few days of going to the gym that I cant seem to get rid of the water weight, I pretty much sweat it and at the end of the day when I drink water, I gain it back up. I was wonder if there anything that can help, teas, workouts, sauna etc etc. Thanks for any advice :smile:
Hey everyone, first time trying this site out. I guess we all have a common goal, so I want to wish everyone great success. As for me, my goal is to lose 80lbs over all. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
For me, I was always used to not eating breakfast and eating late afternoon or early evening. Today I tried to eat breakfast and I couldn't handle 2 bites of my cereal before I was done. I was wondering if anyone started like this also, or have any tips to change the routine of my eating.
Im not sure if this is the forum to post this, but I was wondering if anyone takes any supplements like Lipo6x, Jacked, D4...etc etc. I have a friend that uses them, and has great result. So my overall question is, which would be the best thing to take for working out?
