Well willpower is something you dictate on your own, it all starts to why is your motivation of losing weight in the first place. Use that to keep pushing yourself forward, as for losing 1.5 stone, I would have a suggestion on how you lose about .75 stone(10.5lbs), if you are interested. I actually finished said diet today.

One of the best trails I can think of is Cowles Mountain, I always enjoy hiking/running up and down during sunset or before sunrise. The hike to the top its 1.5 miles, unless you take different routes to make it longer.

I drink Green Tea from time to time, so I will try adding lemon into my water, no sugar of course :laugh:

Well I just go with the motion of when I am or am not hungry, at least that how I was before I started going for my goal. Now I just eat Grilled Chicken, Egg whites and salads for the most part. Aside from the occasional snack here and there lol

Thanks everyone for your input, I will buy the right set for me in the near future. Also thanks for the concern of some people, I personally feel the death related issues are from mistreating the product. Nonetheless if I have any issues I would stop.

Hey everyone, Im Adderly, and I live by Downtown. I just started out, but I usually am working out in 24 Hour in Horton Plaza or running around the Convention Center. I wont lie, I still sometimes get discourage when I see someone in better health workout, but I still push on. Hopefully I will find great new friends here…

Thanks for your advice, I never used a heart rate monitor before, so it will be interesting to add it to my daily workout and life. Im always motivated and will reach my goal in time.

100lbs that is a long road, Im sure you will do just fine. Do you have a set time limit. I myself want to do it within a full year. However I want to be safe about it.
