Trying to lose after seven kids
I'm 31 5'2 Starting Weight 148 Current 145.6 Goal 120 (or less if it happens) I do cardio for around an hour 6 days a week. I do strength training 2X a week. I'm hoping to find the fit girl I was 14.5 years ago before the first of my 7 kids.

Lifting too Heavy???
When us women lift heavy, is there a too heavy??? I've increased a few measurements and am wondering if I am lifting too heavy.

Blisters
After yesterday's workout (rowing, treadmill, and weights), I have blisters on my hands under my fingers. How can I prevent this from happening again??
