Trying to lose after seven kids

I'm 31
5'2

Starting Weight 148
Current 145.6
Goal 120 (or less if it happens)

I do cardio for around an hour 6 days a week. I do strength training 2X a week. I'm hoping to find the fit girl I was 14.5 years ago before the first of my 7 kids.

    I still have a grin on my face. The first thing I pictured when you said mommy of 7 and you had time for cadio was the cat in the hat thing where the cat was bouncing on the ball with all those things. :laugh:

    i gave birth to 6 kids. I do strenght training 3 times a week and cardio twice. Good luck
