vegitarian spacetti sauce - protein source
I'm going to try making a vegetarian spaghetti sauce. I need a protein source to add to it. I'm thinking some type of bean, but not sure which would be best. Currently would use roma tomatoes, onion, green bell peppers, bella mushrooms. Just need to add a protein source. Any suggestions?

Broken ribs and exercise
Have any of you had to deal with broken ribs? If so, how long before you were able to return to doing exercise? I keep reading "lift heavy" with low reps vs light weights and high reps. Would some of you please define what you consider "heavy" vs "light" and "low" rep vs "high" rep?
