Feel like I'm cheating...
My calorie intake goal is about 1200. I work out almost everyday and record it. I usually burn about 500-600 calories. Im eating about 1500 calories a day but of course with exercise I stay within the limit. I feel that I should be eating 1200 calories to be losing weight....anyones have similar thoughts, comments?

I want to increase my flexibility with yoga. Does anyone know of any good DVDs? To relieve stress and back pain as well?

Brand new and need friends/support!! Zumba lover!!
I am 23 years old and need to lose about 20 pounds. I have been up and down and each time it gets harder. I love this program because I can eat what I want but stay on track. It has really been an eye opener. It is also fun to try new exercises. And I love zumba!!

Question on Calories
I want to lose 20 pounds. I am 152 and 5ft 2. It says that I need to eat 1530, but I feel like that may be a lot for what I want to lose. But I want to do it the healthy way of course. It seems everyone has these sucess stories of losing 10lbs in a month, or whichever. And I just dont know if I will be able to achieve…
